I have known Megan for a few years and have referred people to her, yet when it came time to sell our over 55 community home, we chose someone else. 😳

BIG MISTAKE!! Almost immediately I knew we chose wrong. Luckily the realtor we chose knew it as well after it sat on the market for a couple of months and let us out of our agreement. We were having a house built and we’re about to own 2!!

I couldn’t dial Megan quick enough. Before Megan would agree to sell our home, she said she would like to talk to the other realtor 1st being the professional she is.

Megan had a challenging task with us as we had three properties we needed help with. When I started my home search, I quickly learned that decent homes were being sold very quickly, sometimes within a week of their listing. Potential buyers would place a bid in the latter part of a week, bids were reviewed over the weekend, and home contracts were in place the following week. I also learned that, secondhand homes were being bid on, higher than asking price, while new homes, with money down, could be bought at the asking price. Again finding a home that I desired, was very difficult. Megan had explained many things to me. She explained the market to me. She explained the bidding process, and best way to go about placing a desirable bid. Megan was a very valuable resource through this process, and explain to me the market’s pros and cons of buying a used home versus buying something new, that hadn’t been built yet. She was always there, to answer questions, and provide very useful information, so I could make quick decisions on the spot. Megan was always courteous, and had a vast amount of resources to fall back on, and share, as questions, came up. Megan made my homebuying process logical, and systematic. Our home hunting journey began during the pandemic crazy times, during that time we made several offers but got outbid on all of them.
